Project Manager, Construction
Job Responsibilities
Compile and manage financial budgets and cost estimates to support construction project planning and execution.
Develop construction project plans in collaboration with architects, landlords, general contractors, and trade workers.
Coverage of construction schedules for contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project progress.
Oversee construction progress and provide reports on timelines, adjustments, and project status.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and local regulations.
Communicate project timelines and store opening dates to local field teams to align expectations.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
3 years experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar position in construction management. (Preferred)
