Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and scope
- Partner with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Manage project financials including buyout, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner pay applications
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships and proactively address project needs throughout the construction process
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors
Pay
$100,000 – $140,000 per year
