Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors
Skills
- Project management experience
- Construction management or related field education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project budgeting and scheduling
- Ability to manage subcontractors
