About the role

The PSBU is looking for a skilled Project Manager who can combine their technical knowledge with soft skills to drive projects to completion. This role will require a detail-oriented person who can remain focused on all aspects of several projects. The Project Manager must set a schedule and drive to meet that schedule, considering all stakeholders and cross functional team members. Our Team You will be working closely with a global team of design engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and many more cross functional team members to ensure projects run smoothly. The projects you manage will encompass products in our high and low power categories. Our High-Power products support power distribution in data centers, and our Low Power products serve a wide variety of markets—one example being home appliances.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage timeline, project plan, and communication plan on every project
  • Subject matter expert on the Product Development Process
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Cook up and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including preparing and presenting project reports
  • Ensure that the project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Facilitate project change management processes, including managing scope changes and ensuring stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects or other engineering experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to participate, as needed, in calls during off hours to accommodate global teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Engineering or related degree
  • Mechanical design or Manufacturing experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects
  • Program Management experience
  • PMP certification
  • SAP experience
  • New Product Introduction Experience

Pay

$100,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
