Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution. Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
- Track project deliverables and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
- Drive process improvements and project management best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-7+ years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
