We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to parse the posting. We have "Position Description" paragraph: "The Project Manager will lead cross-functional commercial vehicle programs..." This is about the role. So we can have

About the role

with that paragraph. Responsibilities: list of bullet points under "Responsibilities". We'll put

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each bullet. Required Skills/Experience: that's skills/experience. Could be under Skills? The spec says we can have Skills section. We'll put

    Skills

with list of required skills/experience. Preferred Skills/Experience: could also be under Skills (maybe combine). But we can include both required and preferred under Skills? Might be better to have Skills section containing both required and preferred bullet lists. But spec says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We can have separate lists under Skills heading: maybe two subheadings? Not allowed to create extra headings not in list. Could embed paragraphs describing required and preferred. Simpler: put all required and preferred bullet points under Skills heading, maybe separate with a brief paragraph. Qualifications: we have a Qualifications section. So

      Qualifications

with list. Benefits: The posting mentions "excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance." Also "We value our employees by providing excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance." No specific benefits listed. Since we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It mentions benefits generically but not specific. The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state "benefits" but not specifics. Might be considered stating benefits exist but not details. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "states them" meaning mentions them? It does mention benefits. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". Benefits section would be vague if we just say "excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance." That's somewhat specific? It mentions compensation and flexible work-life balance. Could be considered substantive. But we also have Pay and Schedule sections: they are not mentioned specifically. So we should not create Pay or Schedule. Thus we can include Benefits section with that sentence. We also have a paragraph about North Point Technology culture etc. That could be considered About the role? Already have About the role. Could add another paragraph under About the role describing company culture. That's fine. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's a line: "For positions requiring a federal security clearance, your clearance level must be clearly identified on your resume." That's application instruction? It's about resume requirement. Might be considered application instruction; we should remove it. Also "Apply with North Point Technology today!" is application instruction; remove. Also "North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work..." is marketing but could stay as part of About the role? It's about company. Could be included in About the role section as extra paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we keep that marketing paragraph. Now structure:

      About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional commercial vehicle programs from initial planning through execution and completion. This position is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, customer expectations, and Stage Gate requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and external customers to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical and quality requirements.

North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions! We value our employees by providing excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance. We strive for a close-knit and open atmosphere where the owners are always directly available to our team members. Come join us!

But we might want to separate benefits into its own section. However we already included benefits sentence in About the role. Could also create Benefits section with that sentence. But we must not duplicate. Let's decide: Keep About the role with description of role; keep Benefits separate with the compensation/benefits/flexible work-life balance sentence. The marketing paragraph about North Point Technology could stay in About the role or Benefits? It's about company culture; could be About the role. We'll keep it there. Thus:

      About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional commercial vehicle programs from initial planning through execution and completion. This position is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, customer expectations, and Stage Gate requirements. • Serve as a primary liaison with external customers regarding project status, risks, deliverables, and program concerns.
      • Determine program staffing requirements and communicate resource needs to the appropriate functional leaders.
      • Provide extended support to Operations, Quality, and Engineering when program requirements exceed standard expectations.
      • Schedule, prepare, facilitate, and document Stage Gate reviews.
      • Conduct Stage Gate reviews with senior management and ensure required actions are completed.
      • Maintain clear project documentation, action-item tracking, and stakeholder communication throughout the program lifecycle.

      Skills

      • Three to five years of project or program management experience.
      • Experience communicating and working directly with external customers.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
      • Working knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and structured program-management methodologies.
      • Experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
      • Understanding of financial-analysis concepts and project-budget management.
      • Strong problem-solving, planning, team-building, and decision-making abilities.
      • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
      • Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow-through.

      • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.
      • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence team members without direct reporting authority.
      • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, functional leaders, project teams, and senior executives.
      • Willingness to provide additional program support when required to meet customer and organizational objectives.
      • Commitment to ethical conduct, accountability, inclusion, and diversity.

      Benefits

We value our employees by providing excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance.

We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check that we didn't include any boilerplate: removed "Apply with North Point Technology today!" and the security clearance line. Also removed "North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work..." we kept it in About the role; that's okay. Check duplication: we have "excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance" appears both in About the role paragraph and Benefits section. Actually we included it in About the role paragraph earlier? I included it in the About the role paragraph? I wrote About the role paragraph only with role description; I didn't include that sentence there. I added a separate Benefits section with that sentence. Good. But I also included a marketing paragraph after About the role? I wrote About the role only with role description; I didn't include the marketing paragraph. I omitted it. Should we keep it? It's substantive about company culture. Could be included in About the role as another paragraph. Let's add a second paragraph under About the role after the role description: "North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions! We focus on long term projects, leveraging the latest technology in support of innovative solutions to solve our customer’s most difficult problems. At North Point Technology, EMPLOYEES come first! We value our employees by providing excellent compensation, benefits, and a flexible work-life balance. We strive for a close-knit and open atmosphere where the owners are always directly available to our team members. Come join us!" But that includes the benefits sentence again; we already have Benefits section. To avoid duplication, we could omit the benefits sentence from that paragraph, but it's part of the marketing text. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep that sentence somewhere. If we put it in Benefits section, we can still include it there; but if we also include it in About the role paragraph, that duplicates. Duplication is not prohibited explicitly, but we should avoid duplicated lines. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam
