Company Description Job Description Overview: We are seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to support and lead commercial construction projects. The ideal candidates will have experience working with commercial contractors and managing projects within healthcare, higher education, and K-12 sectors, including both new construction and renovation work. Project Experience (Required): Medical / Healthcare facilitiesHigher Education (Colleges & Universities)K-12 SchoolsExperience with both New Construction and Renovation projects Preferred Qualifications: Construction Management experience preferredDesign-Build project experience preferredAbility to effectively coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams Key Responsibilities: Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project executionCoordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendorsMonitor project progress and address challenges proactivelyEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectationsSupport successful project delivery from start to finish Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented construction professional with strong commercial project experience who can effectively manage complex projects and contribute to successful project outcomes.
