Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the Role

Oversee project delivery from preconstruction to closeout in commercial construction, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
• Manage project startup, scheduling, change management, safety planning, and quality control.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and mentor project engineers and staff.
• Review design documents for compliance and constructability.
• Participate in preconstruction activities including planning and estimating.
• Resolve field conflicts proactively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management experience in commercial construction.
• Skilled in value engineering, design coordination, scheduling, and change negotiations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and fostering an inclusive team environment.
• Familiarity with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore) is a plus.
