Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Define project scope and goals with stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, address variances, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Auxiliary in developing and managing the request for information and submittal process
• Lead project teams, conduct regular meetings, and promote a collaborative work environment
• Enforce quality standards and resolve project quality issues
• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and cultivate a safety-first culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore)
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification, OSHA 10-Hour Safety
