About the role

This Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Overseeing subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules in coordination with Superintendents
  • Leading client meetings and maintaining strong relationships with ownership and stakeholders
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
  • Tracking project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Coeordinating with field teams to ensure alignment between office and on-site execution
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining schedule and budget targets
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
  • Mentoring and supporting Assistant Project Managers

Responsibilities

Requirements

5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor

Proven experience managing projects within hospitality, interiors, retail, or mixed-use

Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
