They are seeking a Project Manager to immediately step into a leadership role due to a strong project pipeline and company growth.
About the role
You will oversee a mix of ground-up and interior construction projects for a well-established general contractor.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Address and resolve issues or delays during construction.
- Oversee site inspections to ensure work adheres to project specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.

Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $140,000.
