Responsibilities

  • Lead with Vision : Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.
  • Execute Excellence : Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide & Mentor : Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.
  • Demonstrate Financial Mastery : Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance : Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background : A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience : Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+. Self-perform experience is a plus.
  • Project Expertise: General Contracting within healthcare, life sciences, data centers, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Process Proficiency : A comprehensive understanding of project processes and their pivotal role in ensuring project success.
  • Financial Acumen : The ability to adeptly manage budgets, optimize profitability, and foster enduring relationships to secure future projects.
  • Critical Thinking : Navigate complex challenges, innovate solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project success.
