About the role

You’ll lead talented teams, cultivate lasting client partnerships, and drive outcomes that reflect your expertise and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff
  • Oversee financial performance, including contracts, invoicing, and change management
  • Present at public hearings, client meetings, and community sessions as needed
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and account growth
  • Promote quality control, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development
  • Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software
  • PE license preferred
