The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, supervising, and monitoring construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects; coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and relevant stakeholders; preparing project plans, budgets, schedules, and progress reports; ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements; monitoring project costs, materials, and resource utilization; ensuring timely completion of projects; identifying and resolving technical and operational issues; and maintaining proper project documentation and reporting to the University Authority.
