• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with application owners and technical teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IT systems and enterprise applications.
• Change management certification desirable.
