We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about HDR culture, mission, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and context. We have description: "As part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, you’ll help design the critical infrastructure..." etc. Also "HDR is looking for a project manager whose experience focuses on client development and delivery of large, complex projects." So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties after "In the role of Project Manager, we’ll count on you to:" then bullet list items (some are run-on sentences). We need to extract each duty as list items. Let's list them: - Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out) - Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects - Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently - Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings - Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders - Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule - Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule - Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews - Implement QA/QC procedures - Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers - 10-20% Travel to project sites, including international if needed - Control project budget, scope, and schedule - Forecasting, Invoicing and contract management - Create vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budget - Perform other duties as needed That's responsibilities. - Preferred Qualifications: list after "Preferred Qualifications". Items: - Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Procore, BIM360 Docs, BIM360 Field, and Bluebeam - Demonstrated experience in working with multi-disciplined teams of Architects, Engineers, and Designers. - Professional Engineering (PE) license - PMP certification - Masters degree - Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills. - Availability to frequently travel locally to project locations (:50%) and regional sites as needed (Active in area industry associations - Healthcare, Science and Technology, Data Center facilities, Aviation and other mass transportation facilities, and/or Aerospace experience - Preference given to local candidates Note some formatting oddities: "Availability to frequently travel locally to project locations (:50%) and regional sites as needed (Active in area industry associations" seems messed. We'll keep as is. - Required Qualifications: list after "Required Qualifications". Items: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - 7 years related experience - A minimum 2 years project management experience - Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. - MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) - Demonstrated leadership skills - An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must - Skills: maybe we can extract from Preferred Qualifications and Required Qualifications overlapping skills. But we have separate sections for Skills. The posting includes skills like "Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills." Also "Demonstrated leadership skills". Also "MS Office and MS Project experience". Could put under Skills. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of employee-owned culture, employee network groups, etc. But not explicit benefits like health insurance, etc. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention employee-owned culture, employee network groups, but not explicit benefits like health, retirement. Might be considered benefits? Safer to not include Benefits section unless explicit. The posting includes "What We Believe", "Our Commitment", describing culture, employee network groups. That's more about culture, not benefits. So we may omit Benefits. - Pay: Not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: The posting includes "Schedule:Full-time" near the end. Also "Employee Status:Regular". So we have schedule info: Full-time. So we can include Schedule section with that. - Also there is "Primary Location:United States-Missouri-Kansas City Other Locations:United States-Missouri-St Louis, United States-Missouri-Springfield". Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as a short paragraph. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. At end there is EEO statement; we must remove. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. Now construct HTML. We'll have sections:

About the role

with paragraphs describing role and location. Maybe two paragraphs: one about HDR and role description, another about location.

Responsibilities

with
  • each duty.

    Required Qualifications

    with
    • each.

      Preferred Qualifications

      with
      • each.

        Skills

        with
        • each skill item (maybe combine from both). But we might duplicate content if we also list under Required/Preferred. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we list skills separately, we might be duplicating content already present in Required/Preferred. That's okay as long as we don't lose info. But we could also not have Skills section and rely on Required/Preferred to capture skills. However the instruction says we can use Skills heading if there is real specific content for it. There is skill content (e.g., "Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.", "Demonstrated leadership skills", "MS Office and MS Project experience"). So we can create Skills section with those. But we must ensure we don't omit any content from Required/Preferred. We'll keep those sections as is, and also Skills section with overlapping content; that duplicates but preserves all info. It's allowed? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited. It's okay. But we should avoid creating sections with filler/placeholder text. We have real content. Now Schedule: we have "Schedule:Full-time". Also maybe "Employee Status:Regular". We'll put schedule info. We'll not include Benefits or Pay. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure proper nesting. Let's draft:
