Project Manager – Building CSA
The Opportunity
Planet Pharma is partnering with a large-scale pharmaceutical capital program in Lebanon, IN to identify a Building CSA Project Manager. This is a senior owner's representative role reporting directly to the Project Director, providing governance oversight and decision authority for the Building Civil, Structural, and Architectural scope across the program.

Duration: 12 months with anticipated extensions
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 40hrs/week standard; 10+ hours OT typical
Interviews: Weeks of September 7 and 14
Pay Rate
On 1099: $130–$140/hr
On W2: $110–$115/hr
What You'll Own
Governance & GC Interface: Serve as the primary day-to-day governance interface between the owner and the General Contractor for all Building CSA scope — maintaining regular engagement, remaining accessible and decisive, and proactively determining disposition and escalation pathways for issues and queries.
Scope, Cost & Schedule Management: Deliver the Building CSA scope on schedule, within budget, and to approved scope and quality standards through effective governance, prioritization, and escalation.
Change Control & Risk Management: Manage project change requests for the Building CSA scope — assessing impact on scope, budget, and schedule and communicating outcomes to the change requester and General Contractor within delegated governance thresholds.
Reporting & Leadership
Provide accurate and timely reporting of Building CSA performance, progress, risks, and cost status to senior leadership — including monthly progress and cost reports.
Chair weekly project team meetings — preparing focused agendas and holding team members accountable for delivery.
Attend project steering meetings presenting status, schedule, risks, and lookaheads for the Building CSA scope.
Reinforce adherence to approved safety programs led by the EHS function — foster a culture of safety within the team and ensure timely resolution of safety issues through appropriate responsible functions.
Drive continuous improvement — capturing lessons learned and best practices to enhance project performance.
