Project Manager-Brand Launch
About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to help lead the execution of a high-profile corporate brand launch. This role will coordinate the cross-functional work required to bring a new brand identity to market. The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination across brand, marketing, communications, creative, digital, legal, product, HR, events, procurement, facilities, and executive stakeholders. The goal is simple: keep teams aligned, timelines moving, decisions documented, and risks visible from kickoff through launch and beyond. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility environments and knows how to create structure where there is ambiguity. You should be equally comfortable building a detailed project plan, facilitating a senior leadership meeting, chasing down a critical deliverable, and identifying a potential issue before it becomes a problem.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an integrated brand launch project plan, including milestones, workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and key decision points.
- Coordinate across brand, marketing, communications, creative, digital, legal, product, HR, events, procurement, facilities, and executive stakeholders.
- Establish project governance, meeting cadences, communication rhythms, and clear accountability across workstreams.
- Lead recurring project meetings, including agendas, action items, decision tracking, and follow-up.
- Monitor progress against deadlines and proactively identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and competing priorities.
- Maintain a clear launch dashboard or status tracker to provide leadership with an accurate view of progress and readiness.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of brand assets, messaging, templates, website updates, internal communications, external launch materials, and event-related deliverables.
- Help manage review and approval processes, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
- Create structure where needed through timelines, RACIs, decision logs, issue trackers, and escalation paths.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies or vendors to keep deliverables moving and ensure accountability.
- Prepare concise status updates, executive summaries, escalation notes, and recommendations as key launch milestones approach.
- Help ensure the organization is aligned and prepared not only for launch day, but for the work required to sustain the new brand afterward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within brand, marketing, creative operations, communications, corporate transformation, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional launches or high-visibility programs involving senior and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly create structure in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear updates, decisions, and action plans.
- Confidence working with senior leaders, creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional business partners.
- A proactive approach to anticipating needs, managing details, and driving follow-through without requiring heavy supervision.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented when priorities shift.
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, ClickUp, or comparable project management and collaboration platforms.
- Preferred experience supporting a major company launch, rebrand, corporate identity initiative, spinoff, acquisition, or organizational transformation.
- Familiarity with brand systems, creative asset development, internal communications, and external go-to-market planning.
- Experience coordinating with legal, procurement, IT, HR, facilities, or other operational functions as part of a complex launch.
- Experience working with external creative, communications, marketing, or production partners.
