Project Manager – Base Building

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles from ground-breaking through final handover.
• Lead the complete project buyout and procurement process.
• Oversee both structural base building and integrated commercial interior finishes.
• Manage budgets, monthly forecasting, and master schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record managing ground-up/base-building commercial projects.
• Solid experience and knowledge in high-end commercial interiors.
• Demonstrated capability to handle project buyouts independently.
• Mandatory Tech Stack: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office.
