Project Manager- Aviation (Northeast Region)

We are looking for an Aviation Project Manager to apply technical design and management experience while engaging their entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of design disciplines and construction teams on projects of varying sizes.
• Communicates and coordinates with the team on all deliverables, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinates directly with clients and other external partners.
• May lead or assist in pursuit/proposal management and contract negotiations.
• Assists in direction of project planning, budgeting, and establishing critical project objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, and/or construction management or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience; 10 years preferred, including resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.
• Minimum 5 or more years managing complex airport and airline projects, with a focus on aircraft hangars, MRO, FBO, GSE, and flight kitchen facilities.
• Resident engineering and/or field experience on airport facility projects.
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contacts on project-related matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project finance skills.
• Solid understanding of FAA criteria is required.
• Professional Registration preferred.

Pay

Compensation range: $150,000–$300,000 yearly. The expected compensation range is based on individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package includes a base salary and eligibility to participate in a discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

This position is full-time and requires up to 25% travel.
