Project Manager - Automotive Industry

About the Role
Boldt is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support our long-standing partnership at the General Motors (GM) Assembly Plant in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully managed projects within automotive manufacturing, OEM facilities, assembly plants, powertrain operations, body shops, paint shops, stamping facilities, or other high-volume industrial production environments.
Working onsite at one of GM's most active manufacturing facilities, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, production-support projects, shutdown work, and capital construction initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that has been a trusted partner to GM for more than a decade, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with a relentless focus on customer success.
Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $122,000 annually. This reflects the anticipated base salary based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location, and actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Requirements
- Four-year engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience).
- Five to seven years of related experience.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check. The outcome of any MVR checks may negatively impact the ability to participate in vehicle programs, including driving a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or renting a vehicle for business travel.
Nice to Have
- Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to the subject area.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interact, and communicate with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
