Project Manager - Austin - TEST

The Quality Job Growth Product Manager will work closely with a cross‑functional team of Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Business Development, and Product Marketing to grow and improve quality job posts globally. This role involves supporting job partnerships with governments, applying machine learning to enhance job source quality, and delivering a highly visible product that positively impacts job seekers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Understand and lead analyses of user needs, product metrics, and the broader professional landscape to determine the right set of solutions for members and customers.
• Drive global product requirements definition, product planning, and product design (including writing PRDs) for new features and enhancements.
• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver on LinkedIn’s vision of economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce.
• Understand how to build an ecosystem product and make trade‑off decisions for the good of the ecosystem.
• Research and analyze the broader job market ecosystem.
• Set ambitious and measurable OKRs and be transparent on execution.
• Clearly communicate product benefits to users and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and web integration technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS degree in a technology‑related field.
• Experience building and delivering successful SaaS or social network platform solutions.
• Expertise with applicant tracking systems and/or online job boards.
• Experience operating with partner ecosystems in collaboration with business development.
• Ability to manage and lead across highly cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Multilingual capabilities (beneficial but not required).
