About the role

The Project Manager I is responsible for independently managing small to mid-sized electrical construction projects or defined scopes within larger projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contract requirements, schedule commitments, and financial objectives. This role represents the first level of full project ownership, with accountability for project execution, cost tracking, and coordination across field and office teams. Operating within the Project Team under the Operations function, the Project Manager I manages day-to-day project activities including subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling alignment, and billing processes. The role serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and supports client interactions while developing deeper capabilities in financial management, contract administration, and project leadership.
