Our North American team delivers complex engineering, equipment, automation, and capital project solutions for clients in regulated life sciences environments.
This role is a full-time employee position based in King of Prussia, with a start date of January 9, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical and biotechnology capital projects ranging from $500k to $20M.
- Serve as the primary interface between clients, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Lead project planning, resource forecasting, and project execution activities.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams consisting of process, mechanical, automation, and E&IC engineers.
- Serve as the primary client-facing project lead and maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, and change orders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate project status meetings and client communications.
- Manage procurement and equipment delivery coordination.
- Support commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities.
- Prepare and present project reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project scope changes, contract deliverables, and project documentation.
- Ensure project work is performed in accordance with applicable safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, and client communications.
- Understanding of GMP-regulated environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Ability to travel as required by project needs, typically up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Experience with EPCM project delivery.
- Experience with pharmaceutical process equipment and utility systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software.
