This position is located onsite in Princeton, NJ. Responsibilities

• Support the US business by leading strategic, high‑impact projects across the US project portfolio.
• Manage project development and rollout activities in priority markets and support implementation of the global support concept for deployed solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Lead global, cross‑functional project teams in a matrix organization and establish clear roles, governance, and ways of working.
• Plan and coordinate development, market execution, and implementation activities for strategic solutions.
• Foster clear, direct communication across the project team and leverage international perspectives to improve outcomes.
• Plan and allocate project resources in alignment with priorities and delivery requirements.
• Manage projects within agreed time, quality, and cost parameters.
