Yearout Mechanical, a Legence Company, is a New Mexico based company specializing in the installation of mechanical and process systems for the commercial, government, manufacturing and industrial communities of New Mexico and Texas. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires both field and office collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivity
- Manage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs, from initiation through completion
- Prepare and maintain cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change orders
