About the role
We are a boutique residential design-build firm specializing in high-end renovations and additions. We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead multiple projects, mentor our team, and refine our production systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the day-to-day production of several high-end residential remodeling projects ranging from $250,000 to $850,000
- Ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to Wolfe’s signature quality standards
- Collaboration with our in-house architect, designer, and project managers
- Serving as the key link between design and construction
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in residential design-build or construction management
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP or NCARB preferred
