Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale, complex technology projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Develop project plans, define scopes, manage timelines, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
- Assess and resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Create and oversee project budgets, track financials, and provide financial oversight.
- Engage stakeholders, communicate complex technical information, and facilitate technical solutions.
- Lead and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and resolve conflicts.
- Understand and apply current and emerging technology trends in enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in technology project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications preferred.

Pay
Minimum compensation range: $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
