Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position involves coordinating with homeowners, installation crews, warehouse personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure replacement windows and doors
• Order products using manufacturer ordering portals
• Develop and manage installation schedules
• Cook up crew coordination, subcontractor coordination, and delivery coordination
• Maintain proactive communication with homeowners throughout each project
• Review installation photos and inspection reports
• Schedule municipal inspections
• Coordinate warranty service and customer punch lists
• Manage project logistics and jobsite readiness
• Monitor project profitability and job costs
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential exterior remodeling projects
• Strong knowledge of: Replacement Windows, Entry Doors, Siding, Exterior Trim, Roofing and Gutter experience is a plus
• Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors
• Experience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portals
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, Scheduling software
• Comfortable learning new technology (we'll train you on our WW360 CRM system)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
• Construction management experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
