Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Cook up cross-functional teams and external partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Provide consistent updates regarding progress, timelines, and expectations
• Maintain project performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
• Identify risks and proactively address issues before they impact the timeline or budget
• Manage budgets and support cost control efforts
• Ensure alignment between scope, timeline, and execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, sequencing, and coordination
• Experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar) is preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Self-directed, confident, and able to take ownership immediately

Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000/year
