About the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist the Chief of Staff to drive the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and daily executive operations across all Willet & Cumro brands. This role is responsible for establishing project frameworks, maintaining cross-brand accountability, tracking high-level deliverables, providing executive support, and optimizing operational workflows with a servant-leadership mindset and an unwavering commitment to professionalism while ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching vision and growth goals.
The Project Manager will be a key contributor to the Corporate Operations team and will report directly to the Chief of Staff. This role will translate executive strategies into actionable multi-brand project plans, keep leadership initiatives on schedule and on budget, and facilitate cross-functional alignment. Operating as an adaptable, proactive problem solver, the ideal candidate brings a servant-leadership mindset—always seeking ways to add value, navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and represent executive leadership with the highest level of professionalism. The impact expected from the Project Manager is to streamline operations across all brands, reduce project friction, and drive predictable, scalable execution across the entire company portfolio.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (How you reach the break-even point):
- Multi-Brand Strategic Project Execution
- Assist Chief of Staff to plan, coordinate, and execute key corporate and brand-level initiatives across all portfolio companies.
- Establish master project timelines, work breakdown structures, and success metrics, ensuring cross-brand deliverables stay on schedule and within budget.
- Executive Workflow & Milestone Accountability
- Act as the primary project operational hub, running project status meetings and managing action items across functional leaders (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounting).
- Maintain real-time project dashboards, proactively identifying bottlenecks, managing operational risks, and keeping executive leadership informed on project health.
- Process Standardization & Systems Optimization
- Build, document, and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project management frameworks that can be leveraged across all brands.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate operational efficiencies, refine cross-brand workflows, and maximize organizational ROI.
These three areas are the foundation of the role and will be the primary focus when evaluating overall success and bonus achievement.
Additional Responsibilities (How you reach the break-even point):
- Executive Support & Operational Facilitation
- Provide high-level executive assistant support to the Chief of Staff, including executive calendar management, priority tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing board-level presentations, status reports, and executive communications across all brands.
- Manage travel logistics, executive expense workflows, and special corporate support initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Budget, Resource & Cross-Brand Support
- Track project resource allocation and associated costs across portfolio initiatives to ensure financial alignment with corporate budgets.
- Utilize and maintain centralized project management software (e.g., Asana) and reporting tools across all brands.
- Support corporate integration initiatives and special projects for newly acquired or launching brands.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Specialist, or Executive Assistant to high-level leadership, ideally within a holding company, multi-brand ecosystem, or corporate operations environment.
- Exceptional Communication & Professionalism: Utmost level of verbal and written communication skills with executive polish; ability to communicate clearly, diplomatically, and professionally with founders, brand leaders, and external partners.
- Servant-Leadership Mindset: Highly proactive, value-driven, and intrinsically motivated to support teams, solve problems, and elevate others across the entire ecosystem.
- Adaptability & Agility: Proven ability to pivot effortlessly, stay calm, and thrive amidst shifting priorities, rapid growth, and fast-paced holding company dynamics.
- Project & Tech Proficiency: Advanced expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana) and modern collaboration suites (Google Workspace).
- Organization & Execution: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple distinct businesses simultaneously.
- Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and adept at operating autonomously in a fully remote work environment.
- Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification.
