Project Manager

About the role

Join a dynamic team at Watson Building Group where you'll play a key role in project management. We're seeking a Project Manager who can oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage project teams and ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present project reports and updates
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
