About the role
This exciting global role is central to leading and coordinating all label teams in releasing music digitally and physically. The project manager works closely with Artist, management team and A&R to hone a campaign that effectively tells the unique story of the Artist’s work.

Responsibilities
- Managing communications with Artist and management team throughout active campaign period
- Release campaign planning, timelining, management, communication
- Creating and tracking goals, KPIs and learnings
- Building, approving and managing campaign budgets
- Working with creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets
- Working with the Marketing and Digital communications teams to define and deliver a strong creative marketing campaign that effectively delivers the Artist story
- Working with Streaming and Sales team to deliver a strategic and successful campaign
- Oversee the reporting of campaign activity, sales and streams
- Continual analysis of campaign performance using analytics platforms to inform strategy and next steps

Pay
Annual Salary $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Full-time: 5 days per week / 40 hours per week. Some out of hours work may be needed depending on Artist-focussed events. At least 3 days per week from our Brooklyn office. Some ad hoc travel may be needed from time to time dependent on campaigns.
