About the role

Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Structures & Systems – Structures division. This includes setting project goals, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within the project team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
