About the role
Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Structures & Systems – Structures division. This includes setting project goals, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within the project team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
