Project Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced construction professional who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and getting things done. You'll work closely with clients, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal teams to deliver quality projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners
• Manage schedules, budgets, buyout, procurement, and change orders
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, designers, and vendors
• Identify problems early and find practical solutions
• Keep project documentation, billing, and financials on track
• Lead with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction, contracts, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence managing budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities
• OSHA 30 certification
• Life sciences construction experience is a plus
