Job Requirements
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Monitor project performance and provide reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts proactively.
- Cook up cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Facilitate project meetings and track action items through completion.
- Drive process improvements and lessons learned for future projects.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced project management knowledge, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Required Experience & Education
- 3-5 years of project management in energy, industrial, or construction industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Experience managing projects $5M+ in size is strongly preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
