Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsMonitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely deliveryFacilitate a collaborative and productive team environmentServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholdersProvide regular updates on project status, risks, and issuesManage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectivesResolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverablesEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of project management experience Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsThe Company:Viable Engineering Solutions is a world-class concept-to-completion center for the industrial market.
