Project Manager

About the role

VaynerX is a family of companies building brands for the now, founded by Chairman Gary Vaynerchuk in January 2017, home to relevance-driving businesses including VaynerMedia, ChukMedia, Tamara Group, Gallery Media Group, Eva Nosidam Productions, Tingley Lane Trading, and VaynerSpeakers. Tamara Group (The Attention, Media, And Relevance Agency) is built to drive growth and disruption through the power of attention and cultural relevance. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative, innovative agency. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all internal cross-functional teams and clients during the project lifecycle.
• Develop holistic project plans, including budgets, timelines, & resourcing needs, for both retainer and incremental project work.
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverables reviews.
• Drive internal and client communication and collaboration on multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders.
• Own project-related contracts, including statements of work (SOWs), vendor service agreements, releases, etc.
• Communicate directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.
• Own client-facing execution end-to-end (run status calls, send creative to client and convey client feedback to internal team).
• Collaborate with back-office departments including Resourcing/Finance/Business Affairs/Legal based on current business needs.

Requirements

• Agency experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of agency processes, including strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with project management software for work management and timeline planning.

Pay

Base Salary $70,000—$90,000 USD. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

This position is designated as hybrid, subject to the company's workplace attendance and in-office work requirements, which may be modified at any time.
