Project Manager

About the role

Vanguard Real Estate Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support the negotiation of right of way and access for various projects. Projects may involve working with landowners for solar farms or road expansions. The primary focus is on renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members.
• Support the design and management of projects across various energy disciplines.
• Engage in new business acquisition by designing project plans that align with client interests.
• Manage the full lifecycle of staff, including interviewing and project closure.
• Create reports, project documents, and other necessary materials.
• Show experience in people management and project management, preferably in land management.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be prepared to travel to site locations for field work and mentoring.
• Have relevant experience in title management, ideally with 8+ years in surface and mineral title roles.

Requirements

Personable: Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Strong staff management experience is required.

Project management experience: Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in land management, is necessary.

Tested: Provide evidence of successful performance in similar roles through references and past experiences.

Organized: Ability to manage tasks effectively and facilitate collaboration among team members.

Field work: Willingness to engage in field work and mentor agents.

Title experience: At least 8+ years of experience in surface and mineral title management.
