Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project operations.
- Lead, mentor, and support field superintendents, foremen, and tradespeople on-site.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and keep the project on track.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction phases.
- Drive QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality control wiring and electrical installations.
- Oversee materials, labor, and equipment for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Address real-time issues and implement proactive, forward-thinking solutions.
- Cook up coordination with HR, Payroll, Housing, and Safety teams to support smooth project operations.
- Oversee material deliveries, expediting, and inventory flow.
- Assist with tracking project financials, including change orders, billing, and budgeting.
- Maintain strong relationships with the GC/CM, Owner, and their respective representatives.
- Evaluate project risks, maintain a risk register, and implement and monitor mitigation plans.
- Attend monthly Project Status Review (PSR) meetings with the Regional Operations Manager and Finance.
- Foster strong team morale and help cultivate leadership within the field workforce.
- Support and uphold all safety initiatives, working to provide and maintain a safe, healthy workplace.
- Promote and contribute to an Incident and Injury Free Workplace (IIFW), including participating in all required training.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in low-voltage electrical or control wiring projects.
- Strong data center project experience (highly preferred).
- Prior Project Manager experience is a major plus.
- Excellent communicator with a confident, client-facing presence.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting drawings and technical plans.
- Familiarity with estimating, budgeting, billing, and other project financial processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple moving parts and anticipate project needs.
- Safety-first mindset with knowledge of site compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operational departments.
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas and temporarily relocate as needed.
