About the role

Project Leadership & Execution Lead assigned projects end-to-end — from order through final customer acceptance — across Design Build (DB) and Build to Print (BTP) work streams, with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers on larger or more complex programs, leading specific project phases or projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Utilize the Ascential Production System (APS) to manage the full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Fully accountable for project budgets and cost performance; identify variances and take corrective action when deviations occur.
  • Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies and escalate as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact at the operational and technical level for all matters related to scope, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as a secondary customer contact for technical matters, enabling direct engagement with technical owners as needed.
  • Review and manage project contracts to ensure clarity of deliverables, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, project activities, and key milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer counterparts to drive project satisfaction and reliable delivery.
  • Work closely with Application Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Assembly, and other cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated project execution.
  • Coordinate with the assigned Program Manager and project team to ensure alignment with program priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Support procurement and production readiness to ensure materials and resources are available to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to Customer Service and the customer at closeout, with fully documented and agreed-upon action items.
  • Contribute to the Ascential Production System (APS) and PMO — actively supporting the tools and processes that drive organizational delivery performance.
  • Identify and share process improvement opportunities based on project execution experience.
  • Maintain disciplined project documentation and reporting standards to support organizational visibility and continuous improvement.

Pay

Annual Salary: $100,000- $125,000
