About the role
The USCS Project Management Office (PMO) oversees and governs multiple high-visibility project initiatives across the organization to support strategic growth objectives. The PMO's Project Manager (PM) role involves designing, optimizing, and deploying business infrastructure, cross-functional organizational initiatives, and operational change management. This role partners directly with non-technical business domains.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise efficiency, oversee corporate governance projects, facilitate corporate strategic initiatives, and lead process-reengineering programs.
- Use core methodologies such as resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to deliver process standardizations, supply chain updates, and organizational improvements.
- Maintain project schedules and RAID logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate stage gate packages.
- Track vendor deliverables and milestones.
- Manage scope, budget, resources, and dependencies.
- Manage day-to-day delivery.
- Drive delivery ceremonies and cross-team meetings.
- Prepare project artifacts.
- Identify and escalate risks.
- Analyze financial data including budgets, resources, and risks.
Requirements
- Active PMP certification.
- Experience applying standard project management frameworks to operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least three (3) years of work experience managing multiple projects/programs or three (3) years in a project coordinator/manager role.
- Solid proficiency in program and project management methodologies including Agile project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse management, and transportation management.

$95,000 - $105,000 based on experience level.
