Project Manager

About This Role

The Project Manager owns project delivery across IT, cabling, and security engagements. You hold the team accountable to scope, budget, and timeline while keeping clients informed at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Run project kickoff, scope confirmation, and resource allocation
• Manage schedules, change orders, and budget tracking
• Coordinate field, service desk, and engineering resources
• Lead client communication from kickoff through closeout
• Drive project documentation and handoff to recurring service teams

Requirements

• 3+ years project management in MSP, low voltage, or commercial construction context
• PMP or equivalent project management discipline preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort with project tools (HaloPSA, Microsoft Project, or comparable)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
