Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pipersville, PA Company: Graphic Imaging Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Graphic Imaging is looking for a Graphic Project Manager. The position supports client communication, production and finishing and accounting departments. Key Responsibilities To successfully manage projects for a Graphic Imaging, the project manager must have a blend of outstanding organizational skills, operational, and customer-focused knowledge. The project manager oversees the planning, estimating, coordination, and execution of print ready material for projects, assuring they are completed on time, and within budget. By building strong client relationships they must understand customer expectations and work closely with our staff to ensure deliverables meet or exceed those standards. Project Planning Launching new projects includes meeting with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clientsOutline the scope for each projectUtilizing production software to manage deadlinesEstimate projects and client reviewExecute new projects and preflight files using Adobe Creative CloudCollaborate with internal production team for project launchesDevelop and maintain project schedulesTrack budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountabilityWork with the Production Manager for inventory managementApprove color proofs for each project.
