Project Manager
Overview
As a Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice, which is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work as SAP MM Solution Consultant/Lead to deliver end-to-end medium to large projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Material Management and Procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Ensure integration consistency between SAP MM and other SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, PP, PS) as well as external and boundary systems
- Procurement and Purchasing Processes
- Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Vendor Management
- Inventory Management and Physical Inventory
- Goods Receipt and Goods Issue Processing
- Material Master Data Management
- Source Determination and Vendor Evaluation
- Subcontracting, Consignment, and Stock Transport Orders
- Invoice Verification and Integration with FI
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Advanced SAP MM experience
- Strong understanding of Materials Management/Purchasing and integration with other SAP modules
- Hands-on configuration, documentation, and testing experience
- Experience working in global, multi-country SAP environments with complex financial structures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional, global teams
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, testing/documentation tools
- Pharma or regulated industry experience
Education
College degree or higher
Systems
SAP ECC (not S/4HANA)

Pay
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
