About the role
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating technical rack integration and/or configuration services projects from inception to completion. This role requires self-motivation, the ability to think outside the box, and the ability to adapt as needed to successfully fulfill the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Cook up and facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients and team members.
- Review and approve change orders and submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure processes are followed.
- Prepare and present project reports, including status updates to stakeholders.
- Think on their feet, while also ensuring a high degree of accountability in all that they do.
- Manage projects effectively and efficiently without supervision, while identifying continuous improvement as a standard practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of PM experience.
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal customer communication experience.
- Strong EXCEL knowledge/use.
- PMP or CAPM preferred.
- Daily Onsite/In-Office Attendance required.
Qualifications
- A good working knowledge of project management, an understanding of the importance of quality, and the ability to work with MRB processes are key parts of the job description.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, while also fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills

- Customer service skills will enhance communication with clients and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will aid in documentation and data analysis, while knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality help ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Skills in managing change orders, utilizing NetSuite, and submittals will be critical in adapting to project needs and maintaining workflow efficiency.
