Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, responsible for project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums, arenas, dormitories, parking garages, and office buildings.
• Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of Project Coordinators and Technicians.
• Construction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspections.
• Ensure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are met.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and products.
• Successful mentorship and development of others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with design utilizing various engineering software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Willing and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.
