Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, client-focused Project Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional quality to lead a team of subcontractors and cleaning specialists in our Post-Construction Division within an assigned territory. In this role, you will plan, organize, direct, monitor, and control your team and projects to achieve cost and profit objectives while ensuring all work aligns with contract specifications.

Responsibilities

• Continuously analyze construction operations results and take corrective action when performance deviates from standards.
• Evaluate procedures, methods, and materials to improve performance and reduce operational costs (including monthly reviews of area financial results and job profitability with management).
• Provide the best possible client experience and obtain sign-offs for completed work.
• Visit upcoming service locations to confirm job site readiness for service.
• Propose additional services and report daily on site visits.
• Perform client quality ratings and review job costing to assess margin performance.
• Assist the administrative team with observations of working conditions and reschedule jobs based on client priorities.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules.
• Support sales account managers in maintaining client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Select and supervise qualified subcontractors throughout each project.
• Investigate and introduce process improvement measures, presenting suggestions to the Director of Post-Construction.
• Represent the company in industry organizations.
• Review budgets/bids for accuracy and take action to achieve desired profitability.
• Effectively manage project budgets while prioritizing safety and supporting best policies for a safe work environment.
• Schedule and complete client walk-throughs.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in post-construction cleaning or janitorial management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Physical Demands

This role requires walking or standing for prolonged periods, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will work on construction sites where proper PPE (e.g., hard hat, safety shoes) is mandatory. Must be able to navigate uneven surfaces.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with workdays primarily Monday through Friday, including day and/or night shifts.
