Project Manager

About the role

Present Studios is an award-winning boutique design firm specializing in real estate, hospitality, private club, and lifestyle branding. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support creative project workflows, coordinate deadlines, review and proof creative content, and assist with client management. This role is ideal for an early-career project management professional with agency or design firm experience who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, communicating with creative teams and clients, and ensuring work moves smoothly from request to completion. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate with internal team members, consultants, vendors, and clients while also supporting office administration and special projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project workflow across creative projects.
• Assist Project Managers and creative team members with project requests, resource gathering, and resource assignments.
• Schedule and route studio creative content to meet changing deadlines.
• Coordinate multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Organize, schedule, and attend internal team and client meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports.
• Assist with project expenses and billing.
• Coordinate special projects, including ordering, scheduling, and assembling creative assets.
• Review and proof client changes to creative content.
• Coordinate communication regarding client revisions and updates.
• Manage project-related email communications and updates.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Support client management and help ensure effective project communication.
• Coordinate courier services and shipping, including international shipping and customs.
• Support office management and administrative activities.
• Manage office supply orders and inventory.
• Assist with coordinating team outings and office events.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AI tools, including Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines with confidence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good proofreading and copy-editing skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, including Eloqua and Mailchimp.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of project management experience in an agency or design firm (preferred).
