About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading architecture and engineering (A/E) projects from planning through successful delivery. This role manages project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations while coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Working remotely, the Project Manager ensures projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards while supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Government or Veterans Affairs (VA) project experience preferred but not required.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening when required.

Requirements
- Manage multiple architecture and engineering projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Maintain project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coverage with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Travel for project meetings, client interactions, and site visits as required.
- Maintain a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
